The screwdriver is to adjust the collar stop.  If the collar stop is too tight you can use the screwdriver to loosen the collar stop to allow the syringe collar to insert easily.  With the 503546 #0 screwdriver you can loosen this screw slightly (about 0.5 to 1 mm) to allow for a thicker collar. If necessary, grasp the collar stop and wiggle it backwards to move it.
