The Aladdin Programmable 12-Syringe Pump with Firmware Upgrade V1 (AL-1200FW1) or V2 (AL-1200FW2) is designed for higher-throughput micro-dispensing. With the firmware upgrade, the control parameters for functions such as ramping and creating flow gradients offers excellent utility across many sectors. Particularly, this simplistic pumping solution can be implemented into organ-on-chip (OOC) and lab-on-chip (LOC) workflows for handsfree fluid control, and service multi-stage perfusion protocols. You may program up to 41 pumping phases that include changing pumping rates, setting dispensing volumes, inserting pauses, controlling or responding to external signals, or sounding the buzzer.

For applications not requiring multimodal programming steps, the Standard Aladdin 12-Syringe Pump (AL-1200) without firmware upgrades is a great option for a straightforward, high-count syringe setup.

Although it is one of the most cost-effective pumps available, the Aladdin pump series boasts a versatility that is unmatched in its price range.

This series has both RS-232 and TTL inputs for external control and status feedback to a computer, if desired. The pumps can be daisy-chained for multiple pump applications involving push/pull protocols or multiple independent channels.

The Aladdin pump series will accept syringes from WPI (NanoFil), Hamilton, Trajan Scientific (SGE), Becton Dickinson, Monoject, Terumo and Air-Tite.
