How to Stage a Plate File from the Experiment Window for Downloading on EVOM™ Auto GXP

When your transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) measurement processes require 21 CFR Part 11 compliance to satisfy FDA requirements, WPI’s GxP module for use with the EVOM™ Auto is perfect. Powered by TotalLab, the software database ensured that your EVOM™ Auto TEER data is tracked and stored with appropriate electronic signatures and an extensive audit trail. EVOM™ Auto can be used to perform automated TEER measurement on both 24- and 96-well plates. In this video you can see how to prepare your data for downloading.

Once a data acquisition run is completed in the EVOM™ Auto GxP software, the data can be “staged.” This process prepares all the runs performed on a plate and puts them in a downloadable, comma-delimited (CSV) file which can be read by Microsoft® Excel. The downloaded file will be available from EVOM™ Auto GxP Client after the project is committed.

1. To stage a data file, press the Download button on the Experiment window.

NOTE: The data may also be staged from the Audit Report window which is accessed from the Maintenance window. Press the report icon to access the Audit Report. Then, you may press the Download button to stage the data.

2. Return to the EVOM™ Auto GxP Client where you can commit the revision and export the file. Data files may be opened with Microsoft® Excel.
