Pinch the handle to release pressure and position the vessel clip, or release the handles to clamp the tissue or vessel. The size of the vessel clip you need can vary depending on the size of the vessel or tissue being occluded. These are available with 0.8x6mm, and 0.75x4mm jaws. These vessel clips are manufactured from German grade stainless steel, and they are suitable for autoclaving or chemical sterilization. Always clean surgical instruments thoroughly and promptly.
