WPI Cross-Action Microdissecting Forceps, also known as cross-action tweezers or cross-action forceps, have a distinctive design that allows for automatic closure. These forceps have a cross-over or scissor-like mechanism in the handle, which lets you clamp tissues, reducing hand fatigue and giving you a secure, consistent hold. Cross-action dissecting forceps are perfect for fine tissue dissection, giving you a secure grip without the use of excessive pressure. The fine tips are a benefit in microsurgery when you are working in confined spaces. They are commonly used in ophthalmic procedures, neurosurgery, and vascular surgeries. These surgical forceps are manufactured from surgical grade stainless steel. You may sterilize them in an autoclave or by chemical sterilization. Clean and inspect your surgical instruments frequently.
