Size and Jaw Design

Compared with Mosquito forceps, a Kelly hemostat has a longer, more substantial jaw. Kelly forceps resemble both the Crile and the Rochester forceps, but Kelly forceps have transverse serrations on the distal half of the jaws, while Rochester and Crile forceps serrations run the entire length of the jaws.
